This video is episode 5 of the Virginia Helping Elders Access Resources series.
It tells a story that guides viewers on what to do if they suspect or witness the abuse, neglect, and/or mistreatment of an older adult - which is to report it to Adult Protective Services (APS). 

The storyline also busts some common myths and misconceptions about APS.
